Below you will find important information you need to know before coming to your wax appointment at Signature Touch. If you have any other questions about how to prepare for a Brazilian wax, please check out our FAQ page!
1. Do NOT Shave or Trim
DO NOT shave or trim before your appointment. If you shave wait at least 3 WEEKS (4 or more weeks is BEST) before booking your wax appointment. If the hair is over-grown in the area you want to wax, DO NOT TRIM IT!! If trimming needs to be done we'll take care of it at the time of your appointment.
2. We Won’t Wax During Your Period
Ladies, We DO NOT promote Brazilian waxing while on your period. Can it be done? Yes, just not at Signature Touch. It is the professional preference of our service provider, so we ask that you please DO NOT book brazilian waxes while on your period. Thank You!
3. Our Cancellation Policy: Same Day/No Call No Show
SAME DAY cancellations (less than 24hrs notice) will be subject to a charge of 50% of your scheduled service amount. You may avoid this charge by rescheduling and checking out within a week. You may contact us to cancel or reschedule by calling or texting 843-575-3302 during business hours, or you may cancel or reschedule online. If for any reason, the card on file is invalid, any outstanding charges must be satisfied before booking any future appointments. No call/no show clients will be charged 100% of the total cost of services missed via the card on file. The charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and WILL NOT be credited toward any future appointments. Habitual cancellers and no-shows will be blocked from online (or all) bookings and must pay a deposit IF appointments are accepted.
4. Valid Credit Card Required
Every client is required to have a valid credit or debit card on file. We will only charge your card on file if you no-show for an appointment (per our cancellation policy) or if you choose to use your card on file as a form of payment during check-out. When booking online for the first time you will be prompted to enter your card information prior to securing your appointment. If you are booking with us for the first time via call/text be prepared to give us your card information over the phone.
5. Earn Signature Rewards Points
Did you know that we offer reward points for all waxing services? We do! Each brazilian waxing services earns you a certain number of points at check out. You can view your point accumulation by logging into your Vagaro account on our booking site or by contacting us. Use your points to earn FREE brazilian waxing services!
6. Do NOT Email To Request An Appointment
Please DO NOT request appointments via email. The best way to book or request appointments is through our Vagaro booking system or by call/text: 843-575-3302 during business hours.
